Order processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time depends on product availability, size, handling requirements, and destination. Large, fragile, limited-edition, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation, and we will contact you if special arrangements are needed.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when supported for your destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy and tracking

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Tracking information will be provided when available. If an order is returned because the address is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be accessed, additional shipping charges may apply before it is sent again.

Delivery issues

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact C-DESIGNS promptly through our contact page with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information.
